Shipping

  • Shipping and delivery service is only applicable to HKSAR and Macau SAR.
  • Shipping and delivery service can ship the products to commercial or residential addresses, please fill in the relevant address during the ordering process.
  • We offer free delivery on net purchase over $1400 . Orders less than $1400 are charged $50 delivery charge.
  • Under normal circumstances, we will arrange delivery for you about 2-5 days after payment, normal delivery on Monday to Friday, and no delivery on Saturday and Sunday.
  • Delivery time depends on your region, the shipping method you choose and the partner logistics company. We have designated “SF Logistics ” for product distribution. If you want to check the order logistics, you can check the order center logistics information or contact the online customer service center. In addition, our store does not provide the following services, please pay attention to:

    * Specific delivery date and time
    * Change shipping address after the order is confirmed
    * The receiving address is for countries and regions outside Hong Kong and Macau

Returns policy

All items undergo comprehensive quality control and are checked for faults and damage before they are sent to customers.

You can simply return any item within 7 days after you received the parcel for a refund (For the order with original price only). Returned items must comply with our returns policy:

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging and in their original condition with the identification tag still attached to the products with the disposable seal
  • Used items cannot be returned for refund or gift card unless due to manufacturing defect.
  • On-Sale and Discounted items are non-refundable
  • Order with free gift is non-refundable
  • The refund will be completed within 7  working days after the return item is received. 
  • The refund will be done in original payment method (Please be aware that differences in currency fluctuations and exchange rate will not be refunded.)
  • The shipping costs and fees you have paid for the order of the purchased products will not be refunded.

The late returned item and the item which cannot fulfilled above condition will be returned back to customer’s address.

To make sure our returns remain sustainable for us and for the environment, we might investigate and take action if  we notice any unusual return pattern.

You can return the goods you purchased on Sam Edelman Online Store within 7 days from the date of receipt.

If you believe your shoes are defective, you have the option to return them to our warehouse for inspection. Please note that we do not offer repair services or replacements parts and we do not guarantee refunds, as our warehouse makes the final determination.

Exchange Policy

You can simply return any item within 7 days after you received the parcel for an exchange. Exchange items must comply with our policy:

  • Exchange can only be facilitated for a different size of the same style. Please be aware the request size is subject to availability. Should the requested item not be available to fulfill your exchange, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
  • One product can only be exchanged once.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging and in their original condition with the identification tag still attached to the products with the disposable seal.
  • Used items cannot be exchange unless due to manufacturing defect.

  • Please write your order number inside & outside the parcel and send it back to us within 7 days to our address as follow: (Customer need to bear the return shipping fee and any cost incurred)

  • Email us your tracking no. and name of the courier service company as soon as you’ve proceeded with the return. This will help us processing your refund faster.
  • It is advisable that you insure the returned items as the onus is on you to take reasonable care of the goods and you will be liable if they are damaged or lost before they arrive at our warehouse. The products may be returned by dispatching the package through a shipping agent of your choice. We also recommend that you use a secure, trackable means to return your order to us and that you retain proof of sending, in case of a dispute.

Goods are classified as faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described. Please note that items which are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; or through misuse will not be considered faulty.

If your item is faulty when you receive it, please send email to cs@samedelman.com.hk with the photo of the faulty goods, our customer service team will further assist you.

Please do not remove identification tag and the disposable seal when you return the faulty item.

Order information

We routinely perform audit checks to verify order information in an effort to maintain high security standards for the protection of our customers. This may be why your order was cancelled. It is also possible that your order may have been cancelled if we ran out of stock in an item. In both cases, an email confirmation will be sent with the specific cancellation reason of your order.

Yes! We insure against theft and accidental damage whilst your items are on the way from Sam Edelman to your shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are the customer’s responsibility.

If your box is damaged or tampered with upon arrival, you should either refuse the delivery, or make a note when signing for it that it was damaged upon arrival.

We are unable to combine orders or add items to an existing order once submitted. If you would like all your items to be delivered together, you will need to cancel your order(s) and place a new order which contains all the items you require.

Once you submit an order, we will send you an email confirming that it has been received. You will only be debited once it has been dispatched. If for whatever reason any of the items you order are not available, you will be sent an email from Sam Edelman and we will only charge you for the value of the items in stock.
